Pelleting presses
Granulation of materials - a phenomenon common in many industries . Under the granulation understand the process of creation of the fine granules mass ( dose ) of a certain size.
Selection of granulating machine should be implemented taking into account:
- chemical and physical properties of mass,
- the need to evacuate granules
- density granules.
The most common way to produce pellets is pressing in screw presses , which require a granulating head .
The company PLINFA is looking granulating machines for the:
- the production of expanded clay
- the production of molding powders for brickworks dry pressing ,
- production of bentonite powders at the site of activation of bentonite soda
- enriched kaolin wet granulation process
- production of fuel pellets ,
- granulating slag metallurgical plants and waste coal.
